We made the base out of 100mm x 50mm x 4 Rhs with 75mm x 50mm x 5mm angle iron and a rock and roller suspension as well.

The frame is Aluminum panels which are used on cattle crates and are light weight and very strong. Tack box at front and dog box as well. Step up ramp or a pull out tail gate, as well it has a sliding cattle door.

Coolmore - one of the biggest and most successful thoroughbred farm in the world.

Coolmore, one of the world’s biggest thoroughbred farms, called last week as they are frustrated with the time it takes to empty trailers.

Peter O’Brien, Coolmore’s manager, asked to take two of our trailers on trial to help cut time down with the constant cleaning of stables and yards. With over 700 horses to cater for “time is money” . Safety and OH&S are big factors at Coolmore. They need trailers that are safe for both staff and horses. Our Tip Easy Tippers are simple and fail safe, simply fill and when ready to tip, just reverse, tip, drive forward a metre and pull the tray back down – it’s that simple.

The two trailers pictured were put over the scales today and have come in at 240kg and 300kg . Both trailers are capable of taking up to 750kg, so when filled with manure or sawdust  they are easily at safe working loads.

Please note some ATV trailers on the market are not capable of taking the daily work loads. A simple way to judge is to just look at the tyres as they normally have the weight rating on them.  Trailers with ATV tyres are not rated above 400kg so please be careful not to overload the trailer if you do have one of those models.

We erected the stables last Sunday the 2/10/11. Greg ordered the 5 stables on the Tuesday 27/9/11 and paid his deposit and had the 5 stables delivered and erected by Sunday afternoon. (6 days)
